Several notable leadership changes and promotions announcements emerged from organizations across the North East region this week.
Alison Fellows has been appointed as the new chair of Groundwork NE & Cumbria’s Board of Trustees. Fellows brings extensive experience in law and economic regeneration to the role.
Route announced the appointment of Sarah Thompson as chief operating officer. Thompson previously served as director of operations at a major logistics firm in the region.
The Lighthouse Charity promoted James Morrison to director of fundraising. Morrison had been serving as interim director since January.
Screen Alliance North appointed Mark Richardson as executive director. Richardson will lead the organization’s efforts to grow the screen industry workforce in the region.
Burnetts Solicitors announced that partner Emma Clark has been elected to head the firm’s corporate department. Clark specializes in commercial litigation and has been with the firm for over a decade.
Stelrad Group appointed David Wilson as chief financial officer. Wilson joins from a senior position at a national heating manufacturer.
